Return Process

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are securely attached.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
